The Equiforce rug range combines outstanding durability, fit, design and functionality to produce horse wear of superb quality, suitable for use during a range of weather conditions.
From the Equiforce range, the Highneck turnout rug is the preferred choice for wet outdoor weather on cold days.
The rug features a 1680 Denier Double Knot outer shell with a nylon lining and a 150g fill weight.
The rug’s outer shell is coated with Du Pont, a long lasting waterproof application that provides superb protection in wet conditions while still remaining breathable. Furthermore all seams are taped and a tail flap is added to ensure a waterproof finish.
All stress points on the rug are boxed and surge stitched, increasing durability.
To ensure the optimal fit for you horse, the Highneck rug is fitted with elastic reinforced and adjustable surcingles, double clipped elasticated leg straps and a double clip chest fastening system.
Extra high shoulder gussets with a newly designed elasticated stretch panel are included to provide greater freedom of movement and to help prevent rubbing of the shoulders on thin skinned horses.
The rug is finished with reflective piping for increased visibility.
