Choose How You Shop With Us

We’ve implemented a few online and store shopping options for you, ensuring you can shop for your equestrian essentials safely.

 

Follow all Delivery & Product Care Guidelines when shopping in-store, collecting or taking delivery of your Western Shoppe order.

Strict prevention measures are in place in all branches.

A few important things to note:

• Masks must be worn at all times – staff and customers alike.
• Practice social distancing.
• Please sanitise before entering any Western Shoppe branch, hand sanitiser and/or sprays have been made available at the entrance.

If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to rather use our alternative shopping methods detailed below.

Phone in or email your order to your nearest branch. A team member will receive and pack your order for you to collect.

Payment options:

• EFT – An invoice will be emailed to you with the applicable banking details. Payment will need to be cleared before collection.
• Card payment – Swipe or tap your card when collecting your order.

If you don’t want to come into the shop at all, let us know. We can meet you at the door or drop off at the car.

Click & Collect is now available for all six branches (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein)! Shop the full product offering online and collect your online order at your preferred branch:

Online orders marked for collection will be available 3-4 working days after order confirmation (1-2 days for Johannesburg), all online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg. You will receive an email notification when your online order has arrived at the selected branch.

Pick up your order within branch trading hours, Monday to Saturday. Our branch team will confirm the order has been collected, no signature will be required from you.

Get your online order delivered to your door! Our delivery partners deliver within 3 working days (area dependent). PLUS, if you reside in South Africa and spend more than R350 online, delivery will be free!
