The Equiforce Heavyweight Turnout Rug is designed for wet and cold weather, ensuring your horse stays warm no matter the rain or cold.
The rug features a 600 Denier Polyester outer shell with a 250g duvet fill.
The rug’s outer shell has a long-lasting waterproof application, that provides superb protection in wet conditions while still remaining breathable.
Furthermore, all seams are taped, and a tail flap is added to ensure a waterproof finish. All stress points on the rug are boxed and surge stitched, increasing durability.
Shoulder gussets are included, to provide greater freedom of movement and to help prevent rubbing of the shoulders on thin-skinned horses.
In addition, fleece wither protection is added to help prevent rubbing of the horse’s upper neck and wither area.
