Dosage:
Take capsules with non-chlorinated water during or after meals (taking before 6 pm is preferable). Children older than 10 years to 17 years of age: take 1 capsule twice per day. Adults older than 17 years of age: take 2 capsules twice a day, early morning and late afternoon.
