Description
The GFS Monarch Pony GP Saddle offers the young rider a well balance leather saddle suited for all disciplines.
GFS flexi bloc system enables adjustment to change or remove to create the best leg position.
Multiple and removable girth straps assists in keeping the saddle stable and balanced.
Channel through the middle of the panels offers sufficient clearance on either side of the spine specially suited to a wider pony with a front gusset and flocked panel.
The polymersynthetic tree is lightweight and adjustable, this improves both horse and rider comfort by allowing movement in conjunction with the horse’s back muscles.
In addition the tree design provides a perfectly placed sweet spot, conveniently locating the rider in a neutral position and providing a closer contact to the horse.
A range of gullet plates in different widths allows for further flexibility in fit and ensures that your horse will always benefit from the best possible fit over the wither area.

X-Change Girthing System:
The X-Change girthing points create an easy way to change or replace the girth point strap positioning without the need for stitching.
Polymersynthetic webbed tree:
The Monarch saddle tree is both a light-weight and adjustable tree designed with the horse’s comfort in mind. The reduced weight and slight flexibility in the tree helps the saddle to work in continuity with the horse’s back muscles. In addition each tree is precision engineered with the use of cutting edge CAD design.
Luxurious selected leather:
GFS leather has been hand selected to offer maximum comfort and grip.
Contoured moulded knee blocks:
Knee blocks can be customised to suit the rider’s length of leg. The contoured and moulded knee block gives the rider security in the saddle without restriction.
Centre of balance spot:
Thanks to the precision engineering offered by the use of the CAD machine, the saddle developers were able to locate the centre of balance spot at the most optimal position for the rider. This in turn increased the close contact feel of the saddle, instantly improving communication between horse and rider.
X-change gullet system:
The X-change gullet system is great for horses changing shape as often happens with growing youngsters or horses that experience a change in their work regimen or condition. The best wither fit for the horse can be achieved quickly and effectively by simply changing the gullet to the required width.
Siliconized wool flocking:
Siliconized wool flocking allows for movement between the wool fibres. This prevents possible bunching in the flocking and avoids any pressure points forming which might effect the horse’s performance.
