Description
Drive in stud made out of steel with hardened body (diameter 7,4/6,8mm and height 9mm) complete with welded tungsten carbide insert. This stud is easy to apply. Drill a hole in the shoe with a 6.7mm drill bit. Place the stud on top of the hole and drive it down with a softened hammer. The stud can be driven down in line with the shoe or to a suitable height depending on the amount of traction needed. The stud can be reused by tapping it loose and applying it again as previously described. This stud is suitable for protection when the shoe wear is excessive or when light traction is preferred. Normally two studs are placed in the toe and one in each heel.
