- Western Shoppe recommends all saddles be purchased after being fitted with a qualified saddle fitter only. Saddles sold UNFITTED will require signature from the customer acknowledging they are purchasing the saddle unfitted.
- Sale saddles may be fitted on request at the standard saddle-fitting fee and may be moved between Western Shoppe branches at a fee. Interbranch transfers will only commence once the relevant transfer fees have been paid in full. Contact your nearest branch for more information on saddle fitting and standard fees.
- All sale goods (including saddles) are sold “As Is”, and will not be exchanged/refunded once paid for. Items should be carefully inspected before purchasing. Should you be purchasing online, contact the eCommerce team to assist with inspection of sale goods prior to ordering.
- All goods are made available on a first come first served basis, and no goods may be reserved.
- The sale lists that are published are merely an indication of what may be available at the start of the sale. To check stock availability, contact your nearest branch or submit an enquiry.
- The sale item list is subject to change. Sale items will be sold at the full price before and after the sale.
- The advertised Trade-In Programme does not apply to saddles on sale.

- All payments strictly Cash, Credit Card, PayJustNow, or EFT only. No account sales!
- Goods will only be released to the customer once paid for in full (funds have cleared in Western Shoppe’s bank account).
- Original numbered Western Shoppe in-store gift vouchers will be accepted as a payment method. No photocopies or photos of gift vouchers will be accepted as payment. Note the gift voucher’s listed T&C’s.
- Promotional percentage discount vouchers received at shows or events are not eligible for use on saddles or sale items. Note the voucher’s listed T&C’s.
