Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. Sale goods are available at 12.5% off (yellow), 25% off (green) and 50% off (red/pink).
  2. Returns and exchanges:
    1. Items on sale at 50% off do not qualify for returns, they may only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour if available and also on sale.

    2. Western Shoppe’s Returns Policy applies to items on sale at 12.5% and 25% off – items must be in their original new condition and are returned at the purchaser’s cost. The cost of return of the required exchange will also be charged to the customer.

    3. A 10% handling fee will be incurred for items that have been approved for a refund.
  3. All 50% sale goods are sold “As Is”, and will not be refunded once paid for. This may include shop soiled items. Please inspect the goods carefully before purchasing as a strict “no refunds” and limited exchange policy applies to sale items. Should you be purchasing online, contact the eCommerce team to assist with inspection of 50% sale goods prior to ordering.
  4. Western Shoppe recommends all saddles be purchased after being fitted with a qualified saddle fitter only. Saddles sold UNFITTED will require signature from the client acknowledging they are purchasing the saddle unfitted.
  5. All goods are made available on a first come first served basis, and no goods may be reserved.
  6. Sale items will be sold at the full price before and after the sale.
  7. Sale lists that are published are merely an indication of what may be available at the start of the sale – items are sold on a first come first served basis.
  8. The sale item list is subject to change. The latest version will be available for viewing online on www.westernshoppe.com.
  9. Payments:
    1. All payments strictly Cash or Card only, no EFT or account sales.

    2. Original numbered Western Shoppe in-store gift vouchers will be accepted as a payment method. No photocopies or photos of gift vouchers will be accepted as payment.

    3. Promotional percentage discount vouchers received at shows or events are not eligible for use on sale items.

  10. Goods will only be transferred between branches at the client’s expense, and the

    transfer cost must be paid prior to the transfer commencing.
