Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. The Sale List indicates goods available at 30% (green) and 50% off (red/pink). Items not marked on the sale list are available at 15% off in-store and online aside from horse shoes, farrier equipment, nails, saddles (codes not listed on the saddle sale list) books and  gift vouchers. Items marked 50% off are only available in-store. Availability at branches will differ and stock in certain lines may be limited.
  2. Items on sale at 50% off in-store do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items on sale at 15-30% off can be exchanged only if the preferred alternative is available, however no refunds will apply.
  3. Online exchanges: All goods returned for exchange are to be sent at the customer’s cost. The cost of return of the required exchange will also be charged to the customer. A 10% handling fee will be incurred for items that have been approved for a refund.
  4. All 50% off sale goods are sold “As Is” in-store (which may include shop soiled items) and will not be exchanged/refunded once paid for. Please inspect the goods carefully before purchasing as a strict “no refunds” and limited exchange policy applies to sale items, see point 2.
  5. All goods are made available on a first come first served basis, and no goods may be reserved.
  6. The lists that are published are merely an indication of what may be available at the start of the sale – items are sold on a first come first served basis. The sale item list is subject to change and the latest version will be available for viewing online on
  7. Sale items will be sold at the full price before and after the sale.
  8. Only Cash or Card payments will be accepted for purchase of sale items in-store. Original numbered Western Shoppe gift vouchers will be accepted as a payment method in-store. No photocopies or photos of gift vouchers will be accepted as payment. Promotional percentage discount vouchers received at shows or events are not eligible for use on sale items, please consult the voucher T&C’s.
  9. Goods will only be transferred between branches at the client’s expense, and the transfer cost must be paid prior to the transfer commencing.
  10. Black Friday trading hours apply. 23-24 November, 08H00-18H00. 25 November, 08H00-16H00.
