Black Friday - Terms & Conditions

25 – 27 November 2021

  1. Sale goods are available at 20% (yellow), 35% (green) and 50% off (red/pink). Items not marked on the sale list are available at 10% off in-store and online (using coupon code BLACKFRIDAY) aside from horse shoes, nails, books and DVDs.
  2. Items on sale at 50% off do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items marked 10-35% off can be exchanged only if the preferred alternative is available, however no refunds will apply.
  3. Online exchanges: All goods returned for exchange are to be sent at the customer’s cost. The cost of return of the required exchange will also be charged to the customer. A 10% handling fee will be incurred for items that have been approved for a refund.
  4. All sale goods are sold “As Is”, and will not be exchanged/refunded once paid for. All sale goods are sold “As Is” which may include shop soiled items. Please inspect the goods carefully before purchasing as a strict “no refunds” and limited exchange policy applies to sale items, see point 2.
  5. All goods are made available on a first come first served basis, and no goods may be reserved.
  6. Sale items will be sold at the full price before and after the sale.
  7. The lists that are published are merely an indication of what may be available at the start of the sale – items are sold on a first come first served basis.
  8. The sale item list is subject to change and the latest version will be available for viewing online on www.westernshoppe.com.
  9. All payments strictly Cash or Card only. Original numbered Western Shoppe in-store gift vouchers will be accepted as a payment method. No photocopies or photos of gift vouchers will be accepted as payment. Promotional percentage discount vouchers received at shows or events do not apply over any Western Shoppe sale periods.
  10. Goods will only be transferred between branches at the client’s expense, and the transfer cost must be paid prior to the transfer commencing.
