Description

The Bombers Eggbutt Elliptical snaffle offers more control than bits with a central plate.

This is due to the concentrated pressure on a small area underneath the central link.

Suited for use on a horse that likes to push the bit with its tongue.

The horse will draw its head back and tuck the chin in, allowing a better control of balance.

The sweet iron mouthpiece stimulates salivation which in turn encourages a softer mouth.

The Eggbutt cheek helps to prevent pinching of the horse’s lips and gives a solid feel against the side of the face.

In addition, it prevents the bit being pulled through the horse’s mouth. The release is slower than the loose ring and also introduces light poll pressure.
