Where can I shop Black Friday at Western Shoppe?
Shop Black Friday in ALL Western Shoppe branches and online (www.westernshoppe.com). Our branches are located in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and Cape Town. Addresses and phone numbers can be found here.
What are your trading hours during the Black Friday Sale?
ALL Western Shoppe branches are open as follows:
24 & 25 November – 08H00 to 18h00
26 November – 08H00 to 17H00
The online store is open 24/7, however the Customer Service team will only be available in the trading hours above for the duration of Black Friday.
What are the discount levels?
All Western Shoppe branches are offering 10-50% off in-store and the online store is offering 10-35% off.
- Select items will be excluded from the sale. Consult the terms & conditions.
- Stock availability will vary across branches. Consult the sale list for an indication of what is available at the start of the sale.
- The 10% discount online is redeemed by using the coupon code BLACKFRIDAY at checkout.
What is on sale?
The 20-50% off Sale List has not been released yet, mark 14 November in your calendar!
Almost everything else will be 10% off in all branches and online (use coupon code BLACKFRIDAY), 24-26 November.
Can I get the SALE price the day before or after the sale dates?
Unfortunately sale prices are only valid on the sale dates 24-26 November, unless a special extended brand/product/category offer is announced.
Can I buy something on sale in another branch?
Yes. Visit your nearest Western Shoppe branch. The Sales Rep who assists you will ring up the item for you and take payment if the item is to be confirmed to be available. Thereafter the item/s purchased will be sent with the next inter-branch stock delivery.
If something doesn't fit, can I return it?
Items on sale at 50% off do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items marked 10-35% off can be exchanged only if the preferred alternative is available, however no refunds will apply.
If something has a mark on it or has a part missing, can I swop or return it?
All sale items are sold “as is”, no refunds or exchanges will apply. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing and consult the Sale T&C’s.
Can something be kept aside for me to purchase during the sale?
Unfortunately no items can be kept aside, all sale items are “first come first served”.
What are my payment options in-store?
Customers can pay with their debit cards, credit cards and cash, .
Unfortunately no EFT or cheque payments will be accepted.
Can I do an EFT payment?
No, EFT payments are not accepted in-store in the Black Friday Sale period. Please pay with your debit card, credit card, or cash.
Can I use my in-store gift voucher as payment on sale items?
Original numbered Western Shoppe in-store gift vouchers will be accepted as a payment method. No photocopies or photos of vouchers will be accepted as payment.
Promotional percentage discount vouchers received at shows or events do not apply over any Western Shoppe sale periods.
Why is an item available online and not in-store?
The online store shows stock available in our Warehouse and Johannesburg branch, it does not show stock available in other branches. Stock availability varies across branches. To check if something is available at your nearest Western Shoppe, please contact the branch.
When can I start shopping Black Friday online?
Discounts will be available online from Midnight on 24 November but you can start preparing your shop right now! Create a wishlist and quickly convert it to a basket during the Black Friday promotion. This will save a lot of time and effort on the actual shopping day.
How do I apply discounts to my basket?
All items listed on our ‘Sale’ page will already be discounted and will display a was/now price for your browsing convenience. All other items on the website can be discounted by 10% by applying BLACKFRIDAY as a coupon code during the checkout process.
Horse shoes, horse shoe nails and books do not qualify for discount.
Does my order qualify for free delivery?
Online orders with a purchase total of R400 or more qualify for free delivery. Only orders with a delivery address within the Republic of South Africa qualify for free delivery.
Online orders with a purchase total of less than R400 will be charged a delivery fee based on the parcel’s volumetric weight and destination, or they can be collected in-store free of charge. However, these orders will take up to 7 working days to reach the selected branch (Johannesburg branch excluded).
Can I use a gift voucher for online purchases?
Online Gift Vouchers can be used anytime on www.westernshoppe.com
Our Web team can only allocate a Store Gift Voucher as payment to your online purchase if they are in possession of the physical voucher at the time of sale. Please forward your gift voucher to our web team if you are planning to use your gift voucher as payment or part payment for your basket, and send an email to email@example.com with note thereof.

When will I receive my order?
Please note that all online orders are despatched from our Johannesburg warehouse facility.
Delivery is provided through the use of our contracted couriers (standard delivery 72 – 96 hours) courier option or PostNet. However, turnaround time may be slower during the Black Friday promotional period as our courier partners experience a large increase in parcel volumes during this time.
Tracking information will be forwarded to you upon despatch of your parcel.
Can I collect my online order in-store?
Online orders can be collected from any of our six branches at no additional charge, however it is important to note that all online orders are despatched from our Johannesburg warehouse facility. The following delivery lead times apply for in-store collections:
• Orders marked for collection at Western Shoppe Johannesburg will be available for collection 1-2 working days from order confirmation.
• Orders marked for collection at any other Western Shoppe branch will be available for collection 3-4 working days from order confirmation,
Turnaround time may be slower during the Black Friday promotional period as our courier partners experience a large increase in parcel volumes during this time.
Our web team will notify you once your parcel is ready for collection.

Can I exchange an item?
No exchanges will be accommodated on -50% sales items. All other sale items do qualify for exchange, however please note the following:
• All goods returned for exchange are to be sent at the customer’s cost. The cost of return of the required exchange will also be charged to the customer.
• Please include details for the exchange concerned. E.g. Your preferred colour and size.
• Goods purchased online to be returned for exchange must be returned to the following address for processing:
